  1. You must REGISTER first, before anything else, and accept the Terms of Agreement, in order to attend our activities. Registration opens 11:59 pm August 6, 2017.
  2. Pay your Event Fee when you receive your invoice (not before). Please allow 48 hours to receive your invoice.
  3. Call the Event Hotel to book your hotel room using the Room Block Code, which will be distributed to Registrants in the order that they pay their Event Fee.
  4. Book a flight.
  5. Join our secret Facebook group to interact with other attendees & find roommates / rideshares.
  6. Take a peek at our Schedule for the weekend.
  7. Contact Us to offer to host an area excursion, perform at the Variety Show, or lead a dinner group.
  8. Check your email regularly for important announcements.

     EVENT FEE

  1. PLEASE NOTE: THIS EVENT IS PRE-PAY ONLY. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR.
  2. You must register first to receive an Event Fee invoice with payment instructions.
  3. The event has a maximum capacity, so pay early. (You have been warned!)
  4. Your fee buys you an Event Wristband, which you will need to attend all activities on the hotel grounds, as listed on the Weekend Schedule.
  5. Your fee also gets you the Group Rate Room Block Code, so you can book your room at a discount.
  6. There are no partial fees for the event, and no longer any free event activities on the hotel grounds.
  7. Please be forewarned: if you are not (1) a paying Event Attendee, (2) staying at the hotel separately, or (3) otherwise patronizing the hotel's commercial establishments, you are disallowed from being on the hotel grounds, and risk having security remove you.

    Anyone staying in our Event Hotel Room Block must have paid their Event Fee!




Prices and Deadlines:





PAYMENT IS BY PAYPAL / CREDIT CARD ONLY. Other payment methods now cost too much to process. Sorry folks - we really do feel bad about this.

Please note: the name on your Paypal or credit card account must match the full legal name on your registration, and must be a personal, not a business, account.
  • EARLY BIRDS - $78.00 through 11:59 PM PST September 4, 2017.
  • FULL EVENT FEE - $83.00 through 11:59 PM PST October 2, 2017.
  • LATE BIRDS - $88.00 (based on availability) through 11:59 PM October 26, 2017.


Refunds and Waitlists:
  1. The deadline to request a refund of your Event Fee is also 11:59 PM PST October 26, 2017. The caterer needs a minimum headcount by then.
  2. After the final payment/refund deadlines (or after we sell out, whichever comes first), we'll start to accept names for both the Refund Waitlist and the Wristband Waitlist.
  3. We must honor the Waitlists, so we can't let you "sell" your Wristband to anyone else.
  4. ALERT: giving away your - or sneaking in with someone else's - Wristband bans you from the event forever. It's a security issue. Don't do it.
**Once again: there will be no walk-in payments accepted at the door. Please don't even ask!
